No part of MVP or the Monument Method ecosystem may be copied, scraped, cloned, mirrored, repackaged, reverse-engineered, used to train or seed a competing system, adapted into derivative works, or used to create competing dating sites, coaching systems, courses, communities, books, funnels, apps, workshops, prompts, quizzes, or frameworks without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use, copying, scraping, cloning, repackaging, or derivative/competitive use may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation, breach of terms, or other actionable conduct and may be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law.

MVP does not guarantee matches, relationship formation, compatibility, chemistry, marriage, safety, profile accuracy, user honesty, identity verification, communication quality, emotional outcomes, or any specific result. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, member profiles are not professionally verified.

Users are solely responsible for their own interactions, messages, disclosures, off-platform communication, meetings, transportation, personal safety, background checks, boundaries, and decisions. Use ordinary dating safety: meet in public, tell someone where you are going, control your own transportation, and do not ignore red flags just because someone passed a quiz.

Moderation, photo review, reports, blocks, bans, suspensions, profile removal, and other safety decisions are discretionary. Admin may preserve messages, reports, photos, logs, and related records when needed for moderation, legal, safety, anti-abuse, or evidentiary reasons.
